日本媒体Hanaseru评价贵州抹茶“生长环境良好、品质稳定、具备规模化生产优势”,非洲媒体Switch TV News则指出,贵州抹茶在品质、产量和价格等方面“具有较强的全球市场竞争力”。来自不同地区的媒体关注,折射出中国抹茶产业在全球食品市场中的影响力不断提升,而“贵州铜仁”正成为这一变化中的重要坐标。
Japanese media outlet Hanaseru has described Guizhou matcha as benefiting from"strong growing conditions, stable quality and advantages in large-scale production," while African broadcaster Switch TV News noted that Guizhou matcha is "highly competitive in the global market in terms of quality, output and pricing." Such attention from different regions reflects the growing influence of China's matcha industry in the global food market, with Guizhou and Tongren emerging as a key reference point in this shift.

数据显示,截至今年11月底,铜仁抹茶产销量已超过2150吨,产值突破4.6亿元,其中出口量接近1000吨,产品覆盖50多个国家和地区,在全球抹茶供应体系中占据重要份额。2024年,铜仁抹茶产销量位居全国第一。随着抹茶消费在欧美、日本等市场持续增长,铜仁正成为国际抹茶市场稳定的重要来源之一。

According to official data, by the end of November this year, Tongren's matcha output and sales had exceeded 2150 tons, generating more than 460 million yuan in value. Exports reached nearly 1000 tons, with products shipped to over 50 countries and regions worldwide, giving Tongren a significant role in the global matcha supply chain. In 2024, Tongren ranked first nationwide in both matcha output and sales. As matcha consumption continues to grow in Europe, the United States and Japan, Tongren is becoming an increasingly stable source for the international market.

铜仁地处北纬27度左右,具备高海拔、低纬度、多云雾的自然条件,梵净山世界自然遗产地周边形成了适宜茶树生长的高原生态环境。良好的生态本底、较低的人为干扰,为抹茶原料的稳定品质提供了天然保障。与此同时,贵州长期积累的茶产业基础,使铜仁具备发展高品质抹茶的现实条件。

Located around latitude 27° north, Tongren enjoys a natural environment characterized by high elevation, low latitude and frequent cloud cover. The areas surrounding Mount Fanjing, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, form a plateau ecosystem well suited to tea cultivation. Low levels of human disturbance and a strong ecological foundation provide natural assurance for consistent matcha quality. At the same time, Guizhou's long-established tea industry has laid a solid foundation for the development of high-end matcha.

In Jiangkou County, Tongren operates a matcha production base widely known in the industry as the "World's Matcha Mega Factory." The site houses the world’slargest single-site matcha refining workshop. Through standardized and intelligent production systems,key processing steps are precisely controlled, ensuring both quality consistency and reproducibility. This capability allows Tongren not only to produce premium matcha, but also to supply global markets reliably.

Amid steadily rising global demand for matcha,the expansion of Tongren's production has not been a matter of volume alone. Instead, it has been driven by continuous product upgrading built on stable quality and clearly defined standards, enabling scale growth to advance in step with quality assurance. This year, matcha from Tongren achieved large-scale exports to Japan for the first time, with hundreds of tons shipped from Guizhou to overseas markets. Industry observers note that as output in some traditional matcha-producing regions fluctuates, Tongren's ability to provide stable supply is making it an increasingly important complement to the global market.

Dolce Amore朵琪阿莫勒意大利西餐厅创始人、主厨 Curti Simone 专程来到铜仁江口的抹茶工厂探访。来到贵州之前,他就听说“中国抹茶之都在铜仁”,也听闻“好山好水出好茶”。深入了解抹茶的种植环境和生产体系后,他在这里找到了理想的抹茶原料。“抹茶正在被世界重新认识。”Curti Simone说,“它不仅是一种风味原料,更是一种能够参与全球料理体系的食材。来自贵州的抹茶,在品质、稳定性和表达空间上,都具备国际竞争力。”
Curti Simone, founder and head chef of the Italian restaurant Dolce Amore, recently visited a matcha factory in Jiangkou County. Before coming to Guizhou,hehad already heard of Tongren as "China's matcha capital" and of the region's reputation for high-quality tea. After learning more about the local growing environment and production system, he found what he described as ideal matcha ingredients. "Matcha is being rediscovered by the world," Simone said. "It is not just a flavor ingredient, but a material that can truly participate in global cuisine. Matcha from Guizhou offers quality, consistency and expressive potential that make it internationally competitive."
